Rohini Nakshatra

The mythology of Rohini is deeply romantic — the Moon god Chandra is said to have such a powerful love for Rohini (one of his 27 wives, each representing a nakshatra) that he neglected his other wives, leading to Daksha's famous curse. This passionate devotion is embedded in Rohini's energy, giving those born here deep capacity for love, loyalty, and aesthetic appreciation.

Rohini's shakti is "Rohana Shakti" — the power to make things grow and ascend. Like a seed pushing through soil toward sunlight, Rohini children have an innate drive to grow, to create, and to bring beauty into the world. They tend to be naturally prosperous and magnetically attractive.
